PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by bank transfer (BACS), PayPal, Revolut or cash on the day of the appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy.

You will be required to pay for any sessions that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

If you do need to cancel an appointment please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can reschedule.

We take the confidentiality of our clients very seriously. We keep records of your personal details and notes about your treatment plans very secure. The security of your data is very important to us.

We focus on the optimisation of physical, mental and spiritual health, and preventive healthcare.

We aim to understand the underlying causes of your health issues which we will seek to address through personalised and tailored advice and therapies, rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach

Naturopathy and Subtle Energy Medicine are recognised as complementary medicine and are relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking for support to enhance their health and wellbeing.

We will never recommend our treatments as a replacement for medical advice and always refer any client with ’red flag’ symptoms to medical professionals. With your consent, we will also be happy to communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in your care to explain any therapy that has been provided.
