WHAT IS ENERGY HEALING?

As a Subtle Energy Medicine Practitioner, Ieva works on energy systems that are within the bio-energy field (auric field) of every living being. One can imagine it as a blueprint for our physical expression and experiences. She works with natural healing energies and she uses crystals, colours, sound, and flowers when needed to focus these energies in order to create more harmony and balance within her clients' emotional, mental, and spiritual planes. Changes within the subtle energy system are echoed through many dimensions of clients' lives to help them unlock their healing and well-being potential.

 

An appointment starts with a short conversation where Ieva will get to know what are the reasons and intentions for the Healing in more detail, and look through any possible limitations and preferences you might have. It is a hands-off healing method and the client can choose to sit or lie down during a healing session. Ieva will answer all the questions you might have about Subtle Energy Medicine Healing and what you might expect during and after the session.

 

The healing session starts with short relaxation followed by Ieva evaluating your bio-energy field and different aspects (parts) of it and channeling the natural healing energies where needed at any given moment. During the session energy within a client’s field is constantly moving and changing therefore different areas of the energy field might need to be addressed. Energy Healing is never a static experience and requires a personal approach every time!

There is no required amount of sessions one needs to have. Sometimes one is enough to address the issue, but if the client wants to work on deep patterns or is going through a heavy patch in life it might take up to 3-4 sessions for deeper changes to be initiated and supported. Anyone that feels happy in their life but is curious to try this type of Energy Healing is more than welcome as well! There is always the potential for new discoveries and deepened sense of happiness and gratitude.
